At ISMÊ SWIM, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your swimwear. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene seals are undisturbed to meet our health and safety standards.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned swimwear, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
